Delivery Policy

1. How Delivery Works

Orders on LOLASMM start automatically after they are placed. Delivery speed depends on the service and may be instant, fast, or gradual (drip-feed) to keep growth natural.

2. Your Part

• Provide a correct, public link — and keep the content live and public until the order completes.
• Don't run two orders on the same link at the same time; wait for the first to finish.
• For account / subscription / proxy services, enter your email: your access details are sent there within seconds (check Spam/Promotions too).

3. Estimated Times

Any time shown is our best estimate, not a guarantee. Large quantities are delivered gradually to look organic, so they take longer.

4. Completion

An order is complete when our system marks it Completed. Minor variances can occur due to platform recalculations; a +number in "Remains" means you received a bonus.

5. If an Order Doesn't Start

If an order cannot start or be fulfilled, support resolves it via refund, refill or credit, consistent with our Refund Policy. Just open a ticket with your Order ID.

Follow every order in real time on your Orders page. Connect Telegram to get notified automatically the moment an order is delivered.
